U8000h Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the u8000h platform — whether through a web browser or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our platform.

The u8000h platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. u8000h reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to ensure compliance. Accounts found to have been registered by underage individuals will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the u8000h platform at any time. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered authorised by you. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact the u8000h support team immediately at [email protected]. u8000h will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their account credentials.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. u8000h reserves the right to request further verification of any submitted information, and users are required to cooperate within the specified timeframe.

3. Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the u8000h platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:

• Using automation software, bots, or other technical tools to manipulate games or payment systems
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure in any way
• Colluding with other users to exploit system vulnerabilities for unauthorised gain
• Abusing bonus or promotional programmes beyond the stipulated limits
• Submitting false information or forged documents during the account verification process

U8000h reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating the above rules and to take appropriate action, including account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the u8000h platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). u8000h does not charge any currency conversion fees. Accepted payment methods include online banking via FPX and local digital wallets listed in the deposit section of the platform.

Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. For withdrawals, users must use the same payment method as their deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by u8000h. Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once the request has been submitted and identity verification is complete.

U8000h reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal linked to activity suspected of breaching these terms until the investigation is concluded. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means or system manipulation will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Liability Limitations, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

U8000h provides its entertainment platform on an "as-is" basis, with no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption. u8000h shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform, service disruptions, or game outcomes. All games are chance-based and results are determined by independent systems that cannot be manipulated.

U8000h reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. In cases of closure due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of an investigation. Users whose accounts have been closed for legitimate reasons may submit an appeal by emailing our support team.

All content, designs, logos, brand names, and software code on the u8000h platform are the exclusive property of u8000h and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from u8000h.
